Kestrel Keep

A few rule changes were made at the Circle of Monarchs meeting this year. The two biggest ones that will effect our field are the revamp of Barbarian and the changes to Monk's missile block. Changes do not go into effect until the new rulebook is released (expect it sometime in August), but here is a preview:

Monks who deflect projectiles with missile block or greater missile block are considered to have negated the projectile.

Barbarians start with 4 lives, max out at 5 lives, get Berserk as a "per game" instead of "last life" ability , and got their abilities spread out by level so they don't get most of their abilities at 1st level.

"Lost" is now a per life instead of a per game spell for healers.
